He got his name from “Yosemite National Park.”  As much as we love our heroes, we cannot defy the enemy role of Yosemite along with Elmer Fudd and Tasmanian Devil against our favorite rabbit, Bugs Bunny.

Yosemite Sam is well-known for his villain-like character. His personality depicts him as an aggressive prospector, sailor, pirate, or cowboy character with high-temper and intense hatred of rabbits, especially Bugs Bunny. Also, he was introduced by animator Friz Freleng.

The cartoons produced by Hare Trigger (Buccaneer Bunny) featured the first appearance of Yosemite Sam – thanks to the fame he received, Yosemite appeared in more ‘Looney Tunes’ series by Warner Bros in 1948.

…Yes, he is sad because the Black Knight portrayed by Sam Yosemite stole the Singing Sword. The King asks his knights to volunteer to get the sword back, but they complain that a fire-breathing dragon is guarding it.

Good thing that Bugs is assigned to bring the sword back, and hence the story of struggles begins.

As Emperor Nero orders his soldiers to search for a victim to be thrown in front of the lions, Yosemite Sam considers it his duty to capture Bugs Bunny.

… Bugs tries his best to run away from the trouble and fears that one wrong turn will bury him alive.

They charge their friends to drop a penny into the well and fulfill their deepest wishes. Duck and Speedy enjoyed making a fool of their friends, but they face the consequences in the end too!

A crazy movie that will confuse you as well. This story is about Bugs Bunny, who steals the position of Sam and starts stealing gold to sell it and get unlimited carrots.

Things get uglier when Yosemite watches Bugs dressed up like him and getting money in exchange for the gold. Pierre says that Bugs always gets a funny feeling when he is near gold. 

Sam intended to search for the bunny, and things got worse.

#8. Honey’s Money

Starring: June Foray, Billy Booth

The story starts as Sam finds out about the new widow in town and decides to marry her. His actual plan is to take over her wealth and kick her out of the house. Eventually, Sam changes his mind after meeting the woman as she was ugly. 

Yet, he convinced himself to stay because obviously, he couldn’t let go of $5 million. 

And that’s just one side of the story…

…tables turned when the woman showed her true colors, and Sam had to turn into her servant. He had to mop floors and take care of her son too.

A classic battle between the characters, Bunny and Sam. After tunneling underground, Bugs assumes that he is at Miami Beach when in reality, he is at the Sahara Desert. 

Bugs start enjoying the time for himself and take a sunbath, but eventually, he feels a quenching thirst and runs to find water.

However…

Sam enjoying his time in the desert, finds Bugs, and that is where the controversy begins.
