How did 50 Cent lose weight for a role?

The hip-hop star lost 24 kilograms for his role in the film Things Fall Apart. 

In the film, he had to play the role of a cancer patient who is also a football player. 

And to match the character, 50 Cent had to give up solid food – he also followed an “all-liquid” diet while tryna run three hours a day on a treadmill. 

For 50 Cent, it wasn’t the easiest – but he was happy to go from 97 kilograms (kgs) to 71 kgs.

A few years after his massive weight loss, the rapper is now 84 kilograms.
