A second version, titled “Call Me a Spaceman,” was released on May 18, 2012, with vocals by Dutch artist Mitch Crown.
But that’s not all.
In conjunction with Bright Lights, a new vocal version was made.
Even though Hardwell claimed the latter was his favorite, his management released “Call Me a Spaceman.”
Bright Lights released the single “Mr. Spaceman” as a free download in late 2015.
For “Spaceman” s fifth anniversary, he released the remastered Bright Lights version as “Mr. Spaceman (2017 edit)”.
Along with Martin Garrix’s “Animals” and “Epic,” it is regarded as one of the most popular big room house songs of all time.
As the lyrics say:
Through the Milky Way, In my spaceship
At the speed of light, I’m going to make it
I know you’ve been expecting me
Turn on the cameras, take another scene
We go like hands up, people, get with the show
We’re taking over, people, lose control
Spin the decks, my DJ, reaching my soul
Aim for the stars, my people; we never fall
Yes, I’m an alien
Alien, Alien, Alien, Alien, Alien, Ali-Ali-Ali-Ali
It is the future
Through the Milky Way, In my spaceship
At the speed of light, I’m going to make it
I know you’ve been expecting me
Turn on the cameras, take another scene

I dreamed of a place in the sky, Playing in the fields
Battling with my shields, Bows made out of twine
I wish I could see this world again, Through those eyes
See the child in me, In my fantasy
Never growing old, Will we ever feel young again
Will, we ever feel young again, Will we ever feel young again
We want to feel young, and We want to feel young again
When I was a boy, I searched for an unknown world
All we have is fun; everybody runs
Until the sun goes down, I wish I could see this world again…

Furthermore…

“Getting the chance to collaborate with Jason on this record was a dream moment for me,” Hardwell stated of the partnership.
On March 30, 2014, Hardwell performed at Bayfront Park Amphitheater in Miami as part of the Ultra Music Festival.
“For a long time, I’ve been a major fan of his art. For a long time, I’d had the idea for the tune I wanted to record with him; mixing my sound and style with his particular voice and lyrical flair, I knew it would be something special.”
“I understood the potential of what Hardwell and I could produce when we chose to collaborate, but “Follow Me” is a game-changer that I can’t wait to share with the audience,” Derulo stated.
It is special, indeed!
The lyrics say:
Is it a sin that I want it bad? Halfway to hell, I’ve made my bed
Baby give in, and we’ll be gone; if I go, will you follow me home
Just like a pill, it’s going down, Just say the word, and I’ll take it now
Get me high so that I won’t below; if I go, will you follow me home tonight
You don’t have to be alone tonight
If I go, will you follow me? If I go, will you follow me
Oh-oh oh-oh-oh-oh, Baby follow me, Oh oh oh-oh-oh-oh
My name on your lips, sweat on your skin
I want to love you again and again
Don’t make me wait, cause I need to know

All together on this needle in the sky
Afraid of heights, And your dreams were made illegal
By the laws of the lesser evil, We call I, but not tonight
I dare you to love, and I dare you to cry
I dare you to run, and I dare you to try
I dare you to fall And lay on the ground
I dare you to feel, and I dare you to be, You’re an outline of a vision
That you had when we were children, Yesterday, You watch it fade
Let your heart be your religion, Let it break you out of this prison

It is one of the best Hardwell songs. We know you’ll love this awesome melody.
The lyrics include…
Dreaming with no sound
Silence screams so loud, Trying to break through, anyway, to you
Tears fall like rain, And I can see your pain
It’s time to fix you up again, For your love
I’d take the sun from the sky, and I’d steal the moon from the night
And I will never let go, For your love
I will climb any mountain, Stand at the top shouting out and
You’ll hear my love pouring down, Like an echo
The world is frozen now, Leaves all on the ground
And know, it feels the sun will never return, But up here in the sky
On this mountain high, Above the clouds, the light still shines
