Brian Doyle Books: Author Brian Doyle was the longtime editor of Portland Magazine at the University of Portland in Oregon.

He’s known for “The novella Cat’s Foot” and “Bin Laden’s Bald Spot.”

The novels “Mink River,” “The Plover,” and “Martin Marten” are Books by Brian Doyle that he got well-known and successful.

He also wrote six collections of essays and a couple of nonfiction books.

Aside from that, he also has collections of poems, and short stories, with about ten books.

In case you’re wondering…

Brian Doyle is an editor of several anthologies, including Ho`olaule`a, a collection of writings about the Pacific islands.

Doyle’s essays “Harper’s,” “Orion,” “The American Scholar,” “The Sun,” and “The Georgia Review” was published in The Atlantic Monthly.

Aside from that…

It appeared in newspapers and magazines worldwide, such as The New York Times, The Times of London, and The Age.

Moreover, Doyle’s books have been in the running for the Oregon Book Award in Australia not once but seven times!

Brian’s articles were also included in the annual collections of Best American Science & Nature Writing, Best American Spiritual Writing, and Best American Essays, Among various honors for his work.

While living in a boarding house in San Francisco and waiting for his love to get divorced from her careless husband, Robert never got around to it.

Robert wrote some of the best books, including “Treasure Island,” “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll” and “Mr. Hyde and Kidnapped.”

Then…

Robert got married, moved back to Scotland, and was on his way to becoming the most famous author in the world.

The book Chicago will take you to a place you’ll never forget and may want to visit for the rest of your life.

It was a love letter to Chicago, the Great American City, and a funny story of a young man coming of age during the summer in baseball history when the White Sox had the best outfield.
